Mustafa, you are forever in our thoughts and always in our hearts. A forever memory that stays consistent throughout our daily lives. You were the bravest, ready to stand on the front line for us all, whenever!! A true soldier ready for battle and war without a second thought. You fought your hardest fight with all that you had in you. Mu you still remain a solider and I will always salute you for your courage, your willingness and your strength to fight, always being a protector. It didnt matter to you wheather right or wrong you stood 10 feet tall and stayed 10 toes down for yours!! You were always the wild card that kept us all on the edge about U lol. As time goes on and the seasons change, you will always remain the fly guy you were. Fly high and keep us protected and know that the love we have for you will never fade. The memories we have still feels like yesterday. We are hurt but not broken. We are relieved that you have been set free from your struggles and your pains but we lost you physically in the process. To know you is to love you and we will love you in this life still, at death and what is to follow. We belong to Allah and to him we all must return. Time is only borrowed and its the only thing we can never get back. Time is precious so we have to continue to use it wisely. Nothing is promised to us, not even tomorrow. Rest easy Mustafa and know we will meet again, in a place and a space in time where there are no more worries, no more struggles and no more pain. You are ours; one of our very own! You are loved and you are one of our fallen soldiers so this is personal. We salute you for your dedication to us, your loyalty, you never switched up and you remained the same. Time stops for no one and it caught up with us on this one Mu. Like your mom said, Heaven couldn't wait for you. I pray Allah is pleased with you and that he lightens the hearts of us who's is heavy with grief, Amin. We love you MuMu!

My baby boy. My Wyle Chyle. My Protector. My MuMu. It’s so hard to function without you. You called me every morning 5:50am. Get up Umi.. time for work. Even through all the pain, you always thought of me first. I know for a fact you up there in Heaven, talking to all our family that got there before you so you can figure out how to get back to us. Navigating.. lol with your analytical mind. You weren’t ready to go but God called you home. Heaven couldn’t wait. I still wear the ring you gave me when you were 5 years old lol you were so proud of that ring. I never take it off. I miss you so so much. 3 days before you passed you told me I was your best friend and I was about to say.. boy! I’m your mother! lol but I didn’t. I agreed and told you I loved you. I did not know that would be our last phone call. I know you heard me in that hospital bed because while I was talking to you, you started crying and squeezed your grandmas hand. You opened your eyes and seen all of us there and got so excited. Responding to our presence. I thank God you knew you were surrounded by family. Rest easy my love and just know I’ll see again on the other side. Love you forever and always, Umi

MU you will truly be missed and this still seems unreral to me. Reality hasn't caught up with me on this one yet; it hasn't hit me. When you left you definitely took a piece of all of us with you. We made memories while you were here and those will remain with us forever. We can tell so many stories, some to make us laugh and cry, but the love we have for you always remains the same. I pray that you are protected. That Allah sees fit for your soul to rest and be at peace, I pray for Allah to grant you Jannah (heaven) and forgive you of your sins and short comings. May Allah have mercy on Mustafa in the hereafter and have compassion, sympathy and empathy always and forever. In this life we are only here for a time.
