I was at the 4th. District when Julie was a recruit trainee. A pleasant, friendly individual always with a smile and a pleasant greeting. My condolences to her family and friends. Julie and I became friends as an officer and a trainee. She is in Heaven, Guardian Angel standing next to the Heavenly Throne.
