By and by, when the morning comes...Gwen's final morning has come, her suffering is no more. I will miss my "Friendster," Gwen, who was more than a friend. She was my sister, too. From sipping coffee to sharing meals and personal cares and concerns, we've prayed together and shed some tears, but I will always cherish our times of joy. Her laughter was infectious. When I saw her a few weeks ago, despite her health, she still made me laugh about the silliest things--my road trip from West Middlesex, PA, the crab legs she couldn't wait to eat, and her desire to lay on the beach, near some water just so she could dip her toes in the water. We didn't talk everyday, but our hearts were connected across the miles that separated us physically, but never emotionally. I am ever grateful our paths crossed. LaTanya, Christopher, I'm always just a call away. You are in my prayers.
